When harm is done, in any setting, it is vital that everyone involved, especially those most affected, get to have a voice in the aftermath – and hopefully also the resolution – of the incident.
Those who have been harmed need to tell their story, ask questions and give input about what should happen next. Those who have caused harm need to hear how they have affected others, take responsibility for their actions and work to make things better.
This free webinar will look at the theory and practice that makes restorative conferencing an essential skill for repairing harm in your setting or community.
