Pat Lewis, M.Ed.
Executive Director: Instructor and Implementation Coach
Pat Lewis serves as the Director for IIRP Canada. Pat’s professional journey has been guided by a deep commitment to student voice, inclusive education, and restorative school leadership. With more than three decades in public education, Pat brings a thoughtful and relational approach to every facet of her work.
Early in her teaching career, Pat explored ways to meaningfully engage students in decision-making, learning firsthand how relationships and emotional well-being are foundational to academic success.
Peggy Barrette, M.Ed.
Instructor and Implementation Coach (Français/English)
Peggy Barrette is a bilingual IIRP Canada instructor and implementation coach whose commitment to restorative practices is rooted in more than three decades of experience in public education. She first became involved with IIRP Canada in 2017, when she jumped at the opportunity to translate materials into French — a project that aligned with her belief in the transformative power of relationship-centered practice. Having seen firsthand the impact of restorative approaches on school culture and student experience, Peggy continues to champion this work today.
Caroline Gosling, M.Ed.
Instructor and Implementation Coach
Caroline Gosling is an instructor and implementation coach with IIRP Canada, whose commitment to restorative practices spans more than two decades. Caroline first discovered restorative approaches in 1997 when she attended Community Conferencing facilitator training as a newly appointed principal. That experience sparked a lasting passion for restorative work, ultimately leading her to join the IIRP Canada team as an instructor following her retirement in 2017.
Pam Buttery, B.Ed.
Instructor and Implementation Coach
Pam Buttery is an IIRP Canada instructor and implementation coach with a rich background in educational leadership, special education, and advocacy. She was first introduced to restorative practices while serving as a Special Education Consultant, where she quickly became involved in formal conferencing and witnessed firsthand the power of healing, reintegration, and the repair of harm.
Angela Green, B.Ed.
Instructor and Implementation Coach
Angela Green is an educator, instructional leader, and long-time advocate for restorative practices in schools. With over 25 years of experience in public education, Angela first encountered restorative practices early in her teaching career and has continued to integrate them into her work with school communities ever since. Her deep interest lies in blending restorative principles with curriculum to promote student success and create socially and intellectually safe learning environments.
Joe Blake, M.A.
Instructor and Implementation Coach
Joe Blake is an IIRP instructor with a professional background in Child and Youth Care. His career has spanned roles within the youth criminal justice system, family counselling, and services supporting Indigenous young people. Through these experiences, Joe has developed a strong commitment to restorative approaches that prioritize healing over punishment.
